Should your battery becomes
faulty, please email
rma@alternate-resources.com.sg
to lodge a RMA request. We will arrange for a replacement soonest
possible. Please provide the following information when requesting for
RMA
1) Battery Model/Type
2) Date of purchase
3) Proof of purchase (Bill/Invoice)
4) Serial Number
Please note that for RMA outside Singapore, customer will have to bear
their own freight/courier charges.
** All our batteries are warranted against
manufacturing defects for a period of 6 Months w.e.f the date of
purchase.
